Larry Leroy Kahbeah

Larry Leroy Kahbeah, 80, of Tallula, Illinois, passed away at his home on Thursday, April 28, 2022. He was born on October 5, 1941, in Blackfoot, Idaho, the son of Oliver and Columbia Jada (Herrick) Kahbeah. He married Mary Pettit who preceded him in death.
Larry was a member of the Kickapoo Indian Tribe in Kansas.
Larry is survived by his children, Todd (wife Lynn) Kahbeah of Springfield, Illinois, Melissa (husband Bob) of Tallula, Illinois, Marsha Kahbeah of Tallula, and Mavis Cooke of Springfield; his grandchildren, Marc, Meagan, Kylee, Ava and Apolo; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Evan, Emma, Marian and Ethan.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022, beginning at 11 am at the Calvary Baptist Church in Tallula, 104 S. Yates St, Tallula, Illinois 62688. Cremation rites were accorded by Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg, Illinois.
